I met with Bob. He said that my insurance company would probably approve my roof for replacement based on the damage he found on my roof and siding. He met with the adjuster and my house was approved for the roof AND siding to be replaced. Bob asked me to pick a color from a group of choices and told me that the company would install a designer shingle at no charge because they stopped using the regular shingle for different reasons. The material arrived about two weeks later and the guys came out and replaced the roof. I was very impressed at how simple everything was. I did not even have to take off work.

I wanted to enclose a quick note with my final payment to let you know how pleased I was with my experience in dealing with Aspen Exteriors. Every aspect of service received from your employees was pleasant, hassle free and professional. The work completed included: siding, roofing, window, downspouts, fascia, wraps, screens and shutter replacement. It was a large project and throughout, I had no complaints.
I’d specifically like to mention the service I received from Mike, my initial sales representative, Sarah, my internal contact who helped me navigate the confusion related to insurance, Steve who coordinated and communicated with me on all aspects of project timelines and who kept me informed as to progress and when to expect the subcontractors, and another Mike whose last name I can’t recall, who came to my house on a Sunday to look at a dryer pipe. I was under the impression that an error had been made by his siding team when replacing the siding resulting in an interior pipe missing from my dryer. This turned out not to be the case, the error was mine but Mike offered to fix the problem for me anyway and obtained the material and refused to allow me to pay him for his time. This is an example of employees that go above and beyond to service the customer. I was impressed by everyone involved.
Thank you again for the fine job every one did on completing the exterior work on my house. I love it, it looks beautiful! I can’t say enough about the great service I received and I will not hesitate to recommend your company at any point, at any time.

In the middle of July, Aspen Exteriors was hired to re-roof my house, put on new siding, paint the fascia, and put new screens on my three-season porch. The crew came at 7:45 AM and started removing the old shingles. They did a very neat job and were also very polite. By 8:15 PM all the old shingles were off and the new shingles put back on and everything cleaned up. They provided the same professionalism and efficiency with the siding, painting and new screens. I recommend Aspen Exteriors to everyone I talk to.

This letter is written in regards to Aspen Exteriors®, Inc. We are homeowners who are in the process of building an addition on our house. Brian McNallan, (the homeowner), is doing the majority of the work. However, when it came to roofing, he didn’t want to tackle that. We contacted Aspen as we had heard of their excellent reputation. They certainly lived up to it! Aspen laborers arrived on site promptly and began working immediately. They worked quickly and neatly. We didn’t have a dumpster available, so Aspen took the initiative to place the debris under an anchored tarp. This kept the debris in place and kept the construction site clean. Aspen completed the job in just one day. The owner of the company visited the site and asked if we had any questions. He was professional and courteous. We wanted to tip him, but he refused, stating that it was a pleasure to serve us. We would highly recommend Aspen Exteriors®, Inc. to family and friends. We would gladly use them again. Aspen exceeded our expectations, and we’re very satisfied with the results. Our roof looks beautiful, and even though we’ve only had it for a day, we’ve already had quite a few compliments on it. The roof on our house experienced damage in Sept. 2005 due to a hail storm and two tornadoes in the area. Our insurance company inspected our roof after the storm and stated that our roof was not damaged. Two months later, the roof on our house began leaking in the upstairs. I contacted Aspen Exteriors, and made an appointment for them to come out and inspect our roof. Within two days of my initial call, they inspected my roof and determined that there was hail damage. Within five days of informing our insurance company that Aspen Exteriors inspected our roof and stated that there was hail damage, they agreed to replace the roof.
It felt great that Aspen Exteriors, an expert in roofing, represented us the home owner. Joe handled everything from beginning to the end. The crew that installed the roof was polite and very busy. They cleaned the area throughout and at the end of each day. (The complete project took less than two days). The shrubs around the house were unharmed as well as the landscaping. Excellent job.

I want to write this letter in recommendation and appreciation of the work that has been done at Center Cross Community Church by Aspen. I would like to commend the workmanship and professionalism of the representatives that I have had contact with. Bob Johnson, Conner and Sean, have been very professional in all their dealings with the church. The work on our roof, which is fairly large, was completed in just one day.
I was speaking with the city building inspector over coffee and just mentioned how pleased I was with the work that Aspen had done. He told me that he was also impressed and complemented the work that had been done.
