The purpose of this message is to inform you that in the current environment, the health and safety of our customers, employees, installers, and local communities are of the utmost importance to Aspen Exteriors.
Aspen Exteriors is able to provide our necessary services while maintain a ZERO CONTACT PROCEDURE AND POLICY. This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. At this time, Aspen Exteriors is committed to continuing to serve our customers, within the limitations and guidelines set forth by the CDC, as well as state & local authorities. Time is of the essence when replacing damaged home exteriors. As long these limitations allow us to serve you, we intend to continue on. We are committed to helping you protect your most important investment.
Aspen Exteriors Representatives will not enter your residence. Aspen representatives are able to conduct inspections without in person contact. They will present inspection results via phonealong with advising you of any immediate need for temporary repairs to prevent leaking. If an in-person conversation occurs, we’ve instructed our representatives to maintain a minimum distance of 15’.
